This approach to debt reduction assumes that a client is able to allocate additional funds each month toward their debt by reviewing and adjusting their budget. Other methods of debt reduction—such as debt consolidation loans, taking out a HELOC (Home Equity Line of Credit), debt settlement, or bankruptcy—are not included in this presentation.
